Customer Service Representative

Advanced Assembly is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and order status
Requirements
- 6 months of professional customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in computer software and systems
