Job Summary

Advanced Assembly is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and order status

Requirements
  • 6 months of professional customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in computer software and systems
