Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Walgreens. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
- Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and keeping the sales floor tidy.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
