Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to join our psychiatric team at Mass General Brigham in Winchester, Massachusetts.

This is an ongoing opportunity for 40 hours per week, with 8-hour evening shifts. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing leadership and coordinating care for patients on the psychiatric unit.

About the Role
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in Massachusetts
  • At least one year of medical/psychiatric experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
