Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of our team at Sedgwick, the Homeowner Claims Team Supervisor is responsible for guiding and managing the workflow of claims professionals. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering strong relationships with Third Party Administrators.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement management strategies for overseeing third party administrator claims.
2. Establish policies and procedures to ensure adherence to best practices, standards of claims management services, state regulations, and client service expectations.
3. Supervise the workflow and project assignments of team members.
4. Manage and authorize insurance and matured endowment claims.
5. Monitor performance reports related to office operations.
6. Conduct audits on existing claims to assess liabilities and compliance with company standards.
7. Address and resolve errors and complaints effectively.

Additional Duties:
Perform other assigned tasks and support the organization's quality initiatives.

Leadership Responsibilities:
Administer company personnel policies and adhere to staffing standards and training recommendations. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience is required.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical abilities, and exceptional organizational skills are essential. The ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment is crucial.
