Job Title: Patient Support Medical Claims Processing Representative

At IQVIA INC (US10), we are seeking a highly skilled Patient Support Medical Claims Processing Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Sales & Medical Solutions (CSMS) organization, you will play a critical role in providing payment assistance solutions to patients in need of available therapies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process medical claims from healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring accurate and timely payment assistance.
  • Interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and vet claims against program-specific business rules to determine payment or rejection.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, fax, or other available means of contact to the Support Center.
  • Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management as necessary.
  • Work 40 hours per week under moderate supervision, with flexibility to work two shifts: 8:30 am EST – 5:30 pm EST or 11:00 am EST – 8:00 pm EST.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in claim processing required.
  • Medical Billing and Coding Certification required.
  • Ability to interpret EOB and HIPPA certification.
  • Customer Service Experience preferred.
  • Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
