Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Mallinckrodt is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by planning and coordinating maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule maintenance work orders to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt operations.
  • Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, including routine and preventative maintenance.
  • Collaborate with maintenance supervisors and engineers to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including maintenance records and reports.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance planning and coordination in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent deadlines.
  • Occasional exposure to chemicals, dust, and other hazardous materials.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
