Position Overview:

We seek a skilled and innovative Sous Chef who is passionate about the culinary arts and committed to excellence. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in crafting memorable dining experiences for our patrons.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hospitality Enthusiasm: A strong passion for the hospitality sector and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, guests, and management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and motivating teams while maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
  • Operational Management: Responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; Spanish fluency is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years in a management role within the California restaurant sector, preferably in upscale dining.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.


Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time Position
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
