Qualifications:
- Passion for Hospitality: A sincere enthusiasm for the hospitality sector and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, patrons, and management.
- Leadership: Proven track record in guiding and motivating teams while cultivating a positive and efficient work atmosphere.
- Operational Management: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring a seamless workflow.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of progressive management experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in boutique or upscale dining.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
Work Schedule:
- Full Time
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Work Environment: Typically moderate noise levels.
