Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for a diverse range of leading enterprise clients, ensuring successful implementation of Cinder's solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to transform their Trust & Safety operations, re-evaluating their data structures and addressing their unique challenges.
  • Work in tandem with Cinder's product team to relay customer feedback, ensuring that product development aligns with client needs.
  • Address tactical customer issues, effectively organizing and prioritizing tasks to influence Cinder's strategic direction.
  • Provide coaching to clients, gaining a deep understanding of their challenges and advocating for their needs within Cinder.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Cinder's impact within client organizations and collaborate with the sales team to pursue these avenues.
About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in roles such as Product Management, Trust & Safety Operations, or Customer Success within enterprise environments.
  • A solid understanding of Trust & Safety challenges and the ability to empathize with client needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and the ability to navigate ambiguity with initiative.
  • A passion for engaging with users to understand their requirements and challenges.
  • Experience in prioritizing complex features and advocating for customer perspectives.
  • A keen awareness of internet safety issues and strategies to mitigate abuse.
