Key Responsibilities:
Core Duties:
- Perform Clinical Assistant tasks as required
- Engage in discussions regarding available cosmetic treatment options
- Provide aftercare instructions and facilitate communication between patients and physicians, ensuring appropriate follow-up and treatment scheduling.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited esthetician program or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a medical office or spa setting preferred, or as an RN or LPN
- Proficient in basic computer operations and typing
- Ability to quickly learn new software and operate standard office equipment
- Capable of understanding physician's instructions and seeking clarification when necessary
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Exhibit a friendly, tactful, and compassionate attitude when interacting with others.
