Job Title: Systems Technician II

At Atom Creek, we're seeking a highly skilled Systems Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch technical support for our internal staff and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, as well as address network and system-wide problems in diverse environments.
  • Utilize internal toolsets for proactive monitoring of customer environments, ensuring uptime, and swiftly resolving outages.
  • Take ownership of service requests until they are successfully resolved, regardless of escalation status.
Requirements:
  • Produce I-9 documentation (be legally eligible to work in the United States).
  • Complete a personality profile.
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check is required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for seamless interaction with peers, management, and clients.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines, whether defined by the customer or the Atom Creek Management Team.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge and experience with VMware.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
  • Experience with Microsoft Online Services.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with data protection and business continuity.
  • Experience with Professional Services Application (PSA), i.e., Autotask.
  • Experience with Remote Management and Monitoring (RMM) tools, i.e., Auvik, VSA.
  • Experience with switching, routing, and Next Generation Firewalls.
Compensation:

Pay Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 depending on experience, certifications, and working knowledge.
