Job Title: IT Infrastructure Security Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Security Project Manager to join our client's team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technology initiatives to support business priorities and drive strategic growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business demands and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain security reporting to ensure real-time compliance status.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in information security risks and apply new techniques to achieve information security objectives.
  • Manage critical monitoring functions across all applications and infrastructure services.
  • Collaborate with the cyber security operations center to respond to critical cyber alerts and events.
  • Coordinate storm and operational responses across all IT groups.
  • Strengthen services in End User Support, Network Operations Center (NOC), and the Service Desk.
  • Ensure integration within and between IT domains by streamlining requests.
  • Set a clear vision for the team and communicate effectively with Infrastructure and Operations teams and external partners.
  • Manage service provider services and accountability to meet SLAs, deliverables, and obligations.
  • Develop metrics with service providers to measure key areas impacting delivery of services to customers.
  • Verify vendor data for meeting SLAs and manage vendor payments.
  • Manage asset inventory and internal budget for desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvements across the team, including vendors, refine current SLAs, and evaluate potential new SLAs.
  • Manage projects, including resources, scope, budget, schedule, and overall project plans.
  • Monitor the IT and business industry and develop strategies for operations of EUS, NOC, and Service Desk.
  • Communicate and influence strategic direction and represent IT at senior executive level meetings.

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years of work experience, including at least 4 years in IT Infrastructure and Operations.
  • Master's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in IT Infrastructure and Operations.
