Job Title: Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative to join our team at Global Technical Talent. As a key member of our patient services team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build trust and confidence with patients while explaining procedures and drawing blood samples accurately and safely.
  • Prepare blood samples for lab testing according to established protocols.
  • Ensure patient information is handled with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive work environment and achieve team goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in phlebotomy techniques, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients.
  • Meticulous approach to data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Preferred phlebotomy certification (required in certain states).
  • Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
