The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with experience in pediatric primary care, providing high-quality patient care with minimal guidance. The nurse will work collaboratively with clinical medical providers to deliver safe and effective care to pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow the nursing process to deliver care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide age and developmentally appropriate care to primary care patients.
- Assist the clinical provider with in-office procedures within the scope of the nurse's license.
- Perform phlebotomy to obtain blood specimens and back-office laboratory tests.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Current DE nursing license or eligibility.
- Pediatric office nurse experience required.
- Phone triage experience preferred.
