Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of physical therapists to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve clinical excellence.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current Physical Therapy license in Maryland and/or part of the PT compact program.
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience as a physical therapist.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
