Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our team at Publicis Media. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our marketing and advertising teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment strategies to identify and attract top candidates for our open positions.
  • Interview Management: Coordinate and manage the interview process for candidates, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to our Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers on recruitment progress.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with Hiring Managers to develop recruitment strategies and identify key requirements for designated roles.
  • Candidate Development: Proactively develop pools of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Interview Scheduling: Schedule, track, and manage in-person and phone interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Maintain various recruitment tracking and reports, and enhance existing reports where applicable.
  • Talent Acquisition Tools: Fully and accurately utilize our applicant tracking system and all other Talent Acquisition tools.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to ad hoc project work as needed.
  • Brand Representation: Represent, articulate, and evangelize the Publicis brand proposition with personality and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 1+ years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: Successful track record recruiting and filling marketing and/or advertising roles.
  • Skills: Proactive contributor, eager to further develop and learn the advertising/marketing industry. Organized and process-oriented approach to staffing and onboarding. Solid experience with applicant tracking systems. Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter. Professional and effective oral and written communication skills. Superior strategic thinking and solid analytical skills. Sincere desire to work in a team environment. Innate curiosity and interest in self-education.
