Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking Junior Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to become part of our workforce. This role is expected to be fully onsite.

The chosen candidate will be required to work at the specified location.

Key Responsibilities:


Perform repairs, modifications, and maintenance on complex aircraft structures, components, and engines. Maintain and repair aircraft systems, including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical parts. Utilize technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems to diagnose equipment malfunctions. Apply technical skills to restore equipment functionality and condition. This position necessitates the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance, which requires US Citizenship.

An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret clearance is mandatory post-hire.
Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are essential for this role.

The position requires successful completion of an assessment at the end of the training cycle.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in Depot Level/Heavy General maintenance. 3+ years of experience with various aircraft exterior and interior systems such as hydraulics, flight controls, monuments, landing gears, fuel systems, and engines. 3+ years of experience working with schematics, specifications, assembly drawings, and standard operating procedures. Proficiency in accessing aircraft data. Willingness to work variable shifts.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience in conducting aircraft engine runs and performing engine borescope inspections. Familiarity with operating aircraft tugs/tow vehicles, forklifts, mobile cranes, and electric powered elevating equipment. Knowledge of REDARS and/or Gold-ESP.

Summary Pay Rate:
$71,760 - $34.50 per hour

Additive Pay:
$1.00/hourly for Airframe Certification

$1.00/hourly for Powerplant Certification.
