Job Title: Interior Residential Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Residential Project Manager to join our team at Volpe Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our Production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of interior residential projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Conduct pre-installation visits to review project feasibility, scope of work, and measurements with clients and project consultants.
  • Facilitate the construction process to ensure safe, timely, and on-budget completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations and coordinate delivery of project resources.
  • Develop project plans to present to clients, sales teams, and internal staff.
  • Partner with the Production Manager to prepare crew schedules and ensure they are properly equipped to perform the job.
  • Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after a job to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize project management software to track quality control workflows, checklists, and other accountability tools.
  • Manage addendums, vendors, trade partners, and orders job materials.
  • Attend regular meetings with Management, Field Staff, and Company-Wide training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the remodeling industry.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; background in mathematics or engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and analytical.
  • Professional and polished in appearance and speech.
  • Software knowledge: BuilderTrend, Quickbase, Xactimate, Microsoft Excel.
  • Remodeling industry and construction code knowledge.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents (carpentry, roofing, etc).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
