Restaurant General Manager Career Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our Gecko Hospitality team in Wailea, HI.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee every aspect of the guest experience, from start to finish, and be responsible for positively coaching and counselling staff to achieve high-quality service standards. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will spend more than 50% of your time performing managerial duties and must exercise independent judgment and discretion on matters of conflict in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select, schedule, train, develop, mentor and manage team members with skill and care.
  • Set the standard for service expectations and ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
  • A passion for developing and mentoring people.
  • A track record of achieving financial results.
  • A high degree of honesty, integrity, and a guest-orientated philosophy.
  • Open availability.
