Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- Accounting and Auditing: Oversee the accounting and auditing functions to ensure compliance with corporate and GAAP guidelines.
- Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: Five (5) to eight (8) or more years related experience in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with Expert level skills in Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of ERP systems and JD Edwards preferred.
- Qualifications: Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred. Broad business experience, preferred experience in cost accounting. Mastery of balance sheets, profit & loss statement, and cash flow.
A competitive salary range of $125,000 yearly, plus 20% annual bonus based on performance.
