Job Summary

With a fleet of 77 power plants, the company serves customers in 22 states and Canada, utilizing advanced technologies to generate power in a low-carbon and environmentally responsible manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a single plant facility, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Manage a team of employees, including supervisory leadership, operations, and maintenance personnel, as well as sub-contractors.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, conduct routine maintenance, and manage ongoing training programs.
  • Manage plant business and budget issues, interfacing with the home office.
  • Propose and implement equipment modifications and plant improvements.
  • Maintain and update plant procedures, site policies, training, and safety programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience, with a detailed understanding of electrical generation power plants.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in power plant operations, including startup, operations, and maintenance of power plant equipment.
