Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a single plant facility, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Manage a team of employees, including supervisory leadership, operations, and maintenance personnel, as well as sub-contractors.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, conduct routine maintenance, and manage ongoing training programs.
- Manage plant business and budget issues, interfacing with the home office.
- Propose and implement equipment modifications and plant improvements.
- Maintain and update plant procedures, site policies, training, and safety programs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience, with a detailed understanding of electrical generation power plants.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in power plant operations, including startup, operations, and maintenance of power plant equipment.
