Private Duty Nurse RN-Full Time/Part Time Days

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, promoting independence, dignity, and comfort.
Responsibilities:- Implement and coordinate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient progress, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, self-care, and prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 6 months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to travel to patient homes and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
