Respiratory Therapist Job Description

White Glove Placement is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and analyze results to diagnose respiratory disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Requirements:
  • State licensure in the state of practice.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
