Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide leadership and communication of essential sales strategies and threats (internal and external) through your position on our company executive team.
- Sales Objectives: Determine annual, quarterly, and monthly sales objectives and take ownership/accountability in driving sales goals. Demand accountability of individual market managers and business development personnel in meeting objectives (activity and revenue).

- Market Analysis: Determine market value of new products launched. Ongoing review of pricing and gross margin of products; understanding trends and competitive threats.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor products, sales, and market activities.
- Progress Reporting: Communicate flow of progress, problems, and opportunity data to our President and CEO.
- Organizational Structure: Review organizational structure of Sales & Marketing groups to ensure it meets growing needs. Recruit, select, train, and provide orientation process to new department employees.
- Marketing Strategies: Work effectively with Marketing personnel in establishing Marketing strategies and branding initiatives; maintain ROI measurements and objectives of such.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Communicate Sales & Marketing activities to other department managers and coordinate activities to align with goals.
- Personnel Incentives: Coordinate personnel incentives with our President and CEO for development of sales volume at desired margins.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering discipline.
- Experience: 5+ years experience in Business Development/Engineering management environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills.
- Analytical Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team Player: A team player and ability to work collaboratively.
- Detail-Oriented: Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual.
