Key Responsibilities
  • Product Support: Assist customers in setting up and using treasury services products, including ACH, Wire Transfers, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Lock Box, and Online Banking applications.
  • Customer Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing support and answering questions related to treasury services products.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the instruction and training of bank staff on features and benefits of treasury services.
Requirements
  • Education/Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent banking experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong business insight, cultivates innovation, drives results, makes sound decisions, being a brand champion, collaborates, communicates effectively, customer focus, being authentic, emotional intelligence, self-development, being flexible and adaptable.
