- Work efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines and targets.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of painting techniques and best practices.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our team by sharing your expertise and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential interior and exterior painting.
- Proficiency in using essential tools such as brushes, caulking guns, etc.
- Knowledge of prep work and masking.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Strong understanding of painting techniques and a willingness to learn new methods.
- Fluent in English, receptive to feedback, and an excellent listener.
- Reliable with exceptional communication skills.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
- Operational work truck or van (having a ladder rack is a plus but not necessary).
- Personal painter's tools.
