Manufacturing Operations Specialist

- Equipment Setup and Operation: Safely set up, operate, and adjust manufacturing equipment to meet production requirements.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and address any deviations promptly.
- Material Handling and Logistics: Load, unload, and transport materials, including the use of forklifts or other handling equipment.
- Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety regulations and report concerns or incidents immediately.
- Troubleshooting: Address minor equipment issues and notify maintenance teams of larger concerns.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activity, including counts and quality metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
