Client Care Representative

Hamilton Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our multi-veterinarian team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional veterinary care to our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter our hospital.
  • Manage our multi-line phone system, directing calls and providing timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Maximize clinic productivity by effectively scheduling and confirming appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Prepare, record, and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized hospital environment, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Process payments and deposits from clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Utilize our computer systems, including email applications, chat support, and veterinary programs, to provide exceptional client service.
  • Educate clients on veterinary services and care, promoting responsible pet ownership and preventative health measures.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or in a related role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of veterinary procedures, terminology, medications, vaccinations, and other products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
