Compensation

We provide a competitive compensation package, which includes comprehensive health benefits.

All staff members receive the necessary tools for success, including a dedicated workspace, laptop, email, high-speed internet access, and all required supplies.

Compensation is competitive; teachers are eligible for the MNPS Retirement System.

Base salaries are determined by the ICP salary scale, based on years of relevant teaching experience.

We do not negotiate salaries to prevent inequitable pay practices, particularly affecting women and people of color.

Salary placement is strictly based on relevant experience.
