Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service, ideally within a hotel environment.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with guests, management, and team members.
  • Basic computer proficiency is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
