Talent Management Advisor

As a key member of the HR team, the HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources function to align with both organizational goals and employee needs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent application of all company HR policies.
- Provide objective coaching to associates and management on complex issues.
- Guide management on appropriate disciplinary actions and assist with on-site investigations.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for hourly positions.
- Maintain and coordinate employee recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Regularly review HR activity reports and provide insights.
- Support the interpretation and feedback process for internal customer and employee engagement surveys.
- Participate in department manager meetings to enhance HR visibility and conduct training sessions.
- Review requests for pay increases and status changes to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Prepare and present HR-related training topics.
- Act as a champion for diversity initiatives, leading recruitment and retention efforts.
- Assist in developing Personal Development Plans for employees.
- Participate in the Annual Performance Appraisal process.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. A PHR or SPHR designation is strongly recommended. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in a human resources generalist role, with management experience being a plus. Experience in a large, multi-unit organization is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, with advanced skills being advantageous. Strong presentation skills and experience in addressing inquiries from various stakeholders are necessary. Training certifications are a plus.
