Job Title: Sales Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Representative to join our team at Honda Cars of Aiken. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in identifying new customers, generating leads, and starting the customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide vehicle pricing and availability information
  • Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with our sales team
  • Confirm next-day appointments and reschedule missed appointments
  • Maintain a daily average of outgoing calls to previous day's showroom prospects and customers
  • Maintain a daily average of outgoing texts and emails
  • Work with the Internet Manager to follow up with hot leads
  • Prospect the Manifest Lists
  • Maintain the integrity of eLead record keeping
  • Log all appointments in eLead
  • Maintain daily appointment activity in a shared document with the BDM
  • Exercise exemplary verbal and non-verbal communication skills and protect the dealership's interest when communicating with customers
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance

Signing bonus paid monthly after 1st month (if eligible)
