Position Overview: In this entry-level position, the Marketing Support Specialist will leverage their enthusiasm and willingness to learn to assist the on-site marketing team in all aspects of developing and implementing the company's comprehensive marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing strategies and operational tasks in alignment with company standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance productivity and meet sales objectives.
  • Engage in product and service training sessions provided to on-site teams on behalf of management.
  • Follow merchandise presentation guidelines and standards for the sales team.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding featured client products and services during on-site events.
  • Acquire knowledge of the marketing and branding strategies for all new clients and apply this understanding to create customized marketing plans for client events.
  • Develop familiarity with the marketing systems utilized at each on-site event.
  • Support the event manager with daily administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree in sales, marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, event planning, or retail environments is advantageous. Internship experience and previous entry-level roles will also be considered.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events and promotions.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to adhere to schedules.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to clients and consumers.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Access to a vehicle is required, as travel to on-site events is part of the role. All travel expenses will be reimbursed.
