Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper Per Diem to join our team at Tmcaz. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect surfaces, equipment, and patient rooms to ensure a sanitary environment
- Collect and dispose of trash, waste materials, and bio-hazardous materials in a safe and responsible manner
- Restock and maintain paper and soap dispensers, as well as other hospital supplies
- Perform terminal cleaning procedures and prepare patient rooms for new occupants
- Assist with basic daily maintenance of equipment and furniture
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- No prior experience required, as this is an entry-level position
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment and supplies
