Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent sales service to commercial paint customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sherwin-Williams products, including features, benefits, and applications.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that products are stocked and available for customers.
- Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including receiving and stocking merchandise, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
- Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
- Experience: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
