In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining test procedures for a wide range of electronic assemblies.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with design engineers to define test strategies and fixtures.
  • Contribute to the execution, documentation, and analysis of test results.
  • Design and construct electrical test stations according to specifications for testing electronic assemblies.
  • Debug production test stations and implement and maintain test equipment for production lines.
  • Support the Product Development Team in meeting schedule, quality, and cost expectations.
  • Work with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and other support staff to develop and implement improvements related to production flow, including test time reduction and quality enhancements.
  • Provide operations cost estimates for proposals and maintain accountability for meeting the estimates.
Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience with manufacturing test measurements, including voltage, current, and power analyzers.
  • Familiarity with test fixture design and implementation.
  • Experience with 3D modeling and 3D printing is a plus.
  • Strong CAD and mechanical fabrication skills.
  • Ability to understand schematics and be comfortable using common lab equipment, such as DMMs, scopes, logic analyzers, PSUs, and signal generators.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Education:

A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 4 years of prior experience is required. A Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience is also acceptable.
