Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Onsite Recruiting Manager to join our On-Site Management team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to provide recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and customer service to candidates, associates, and client staff at an assigned on-site account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to evaluate and assess their staffing needs.
  • Develop and maintain active recruiting plans to support hiring needs.
  • Determine and forecast both applicant and hiring needs to meet staffing requirements.
  • Perform internal and external recruiting activities to meet and exceed the customer's headcount requirements.
  • Write job postings to support recruitment needs.
  • Maintain social media activity to support recruiting and engagement needs.
  • Perform recruiting outreach activities to build recruiting relationships and increase candidate flow.
  • Evaluate and interview applicants, perform required screening specific to the on-site client.
  • Work to match talent to the most suitable job or department for the on-site customer.
  • Greet new hires and introduce them to customer's supervisors.
  • May communicate updates on staffing requests and arrivals to client team members.
  • Process applicants in company system, maintaining documentation to ensure accuracy of employee records and files.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Customer-service orientation.
  • Good skills in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Proven strong organizational skills.
  • An ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment.
  • 2-3 years of similar experience in customer service, staffing, or human resources.
  • HRIS or PeopleSoft experience preferred.
