Crestwood Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our senior management team, the CEO will play a critical role in shaping the future of our medical center and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the overall operations of the acute-care facility, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care services.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with system management to develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategic plans that align with the hospital's mission and goals.
  • Leadership Development: Provide guidance and support to hospital managers, directors, and officers to foster a culture of excellence and encourage active participation in decision-making.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the hospital meets necessary regulatory and compliance approvals and quality accreditations, working closely with the Chief Nursing Officer.
  • Physician Relations: Partner with physicians to develop and maintain strong relationships, driving recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Revenue Growth: Assist in planning new services that generate additional revenue streams, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment that encourages the recruitment and retention of qualified hospital employees.
  • Cost Management: Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Nursing Officer to identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Community Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and stakeholders, promoting the hospital's mission and services.
  • Performance Improvement: Analyze areas for improvement and lead organization-wide performance improvement activities.
  • Representation: Represent the hospital at various meetings, including medical staff, hospital board of directors, and community meetings.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in hospital administration and/or business administration.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated successful leadership in a healthcare facility, with a proven track record of building relationships, growing revenue, and meeting regulatory requirements.
