Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Management Trainee to join our team at Preferred Restaurant Group. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including training and development of team members, inventory management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of team members, including onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
  • Operations Management: Assist in the management of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the management of restaurant finances, including cash handling, inventory control, and performance reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all restaurant operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
