We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Archer Daniels Midland Company. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
- Install, replace, and repair electrical components, such as motors, controls, and wiring.
- Ensure all electrical work is done in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve electrical issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment downtime.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
- Associate's degree in Electrical Technology or related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs and HART communicators.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in hazardous locations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Wear personal protective equipment, including hard hats, safety glasses, and earplugs.
- May be required to work overtime, nights, and weekends.
