We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CNC Machine Tool Maintenance Technician to lead our maintenance team in resolving electrical and mechanical issues. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of CNC/PLCs and industrial manufacturing maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Perform advanced level breakfix and preventative maintenance
- Monitor work requests and provide leadership to small teams
- Prepare daily maintenance reports
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar program preferred
- Advanced mechanical and electrical skills
- Experience with Siemens controllers, G&L, and Cincinnati machines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Must have a valid state driver's license, vehicle insurance, dependable vehicle, and U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- The employee is required to stand, walk, use hands/fingers, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, and may occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds
- The work environment is typically loud and may involve exposure to hazardous materials and/or slippery factory floors
