Bank Inspector

Cennox is seeking a skilled Bank Inspector to join our team in the Stamford, NY area. As a Bank Inspector, you will be responsible for testing and inspecting Fire Alarm Systems and Burglar Alarm Systems, as well as completing project work related to these systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test and inspect Fire Alarm Systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Test and inspect Burglar Alarm Systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Complete project work related to BA and FA systems, including changing alarm batteries and collecting necessary data on alarm keypads
- Send test signals from alarm to ATM to ensure all systems are working properly
- Adjust cameras as necessary
- Organize and manage paperwork
- Maintain inventory and predict future inventory needs
- Schedule assigned work and complete jobs and paperwork correctly and in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Tech-savvy with strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Strong work ethic to work independently and reliably meet deadlines with minimum supervision
- Great communication/customer service skills and ability to interpret/execute written instructions
- Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing and a reliable/insured vehicle
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous work with alarm systems, electronic security, or similar fieldwork
- High school diploma or equivalent—trade school or apprenticeship is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/move 50 or more pounds, stand, climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely
- Ability to work both indoors and outside in all-weather and sit/drive for extensive daily travel
- Must have good hand/eye coordination and sharp eyesight
