Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management is beneficial.
  • Appreciation for customer service and relationship development.
  • Must possess a late model, midsize or larger pickup truck (this is a requirement).
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
  • Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Exhibit a hunter mentality: driven, ambitious, and hardworking.
  • Be a coachable team player and self-starter.

Daily Responsibilities:

In a typical day, you will:

  • 9 AM - Noon: Engage in fieldwork, prospecting, inspecting roofs, and assisting homeowners with claims.
  • Noon - 3 PM: Participate in lunch meetings and pre-call planning.
  • 3 PM - 8 PM: Continue fieldwork, prospecting, and assisting homeowners.

Weekly Overview:

Work will generally be conducted Monday through Friday, with some weekends required, and you will aim to file 3-5 claims each week.

Compensation and Incentives:

We foster a winning culture with a base salary of $75,000 plus a 10% commission or commission-only structure with unlimited earning potential. Here are some financial highlights:

  • Year one earnings can range from $150,000 to $200,000.
  • Year two and beyond can exceed $200,000.
  • Top representatives can earn over $300,000, with the best achieving over $500,000.
