ROLE DESCRIPTION: Hank Gerdes - State Farm Agent is on the lookout for a driven Producer who can identify opportunities and effectively convert leads into enduring client relationships. As our Client Engagement Specialist - State Farm Agent Team Member, your expertise in insurance products and market trends will empower you to engage directly with clients, assess their needs, and promote products or services that deliver maximum value. You may also contribute to strategy development and establish performance targets for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate leads, arrange appointments, identify client needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with unwavering commitment to daily success.
  • Work closely with your agency's team to foster successful, long-term client relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to effectively connect with clients.
  • Property & Casualty license.
  • Bilingual Spanish.
