We are in search of an individual capable of repairing mobile devices, tablets, lighting systems, and various other gadgets as required. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in establishing the device repair operations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs on mobile devices, tablets, lighting systems, and other electronic items as necessary.
  • Handle the receipt, packaging, and shipping of these devices.
  • Create detailed written procedures and instructional videos for common repair tasks.
  • Manage inventory effectively.
  • Engage in formal training sessions for store staff, including disassembling devices, capturing images, and assisting in video training production.
  • Provide real-time camera-based remote assistance (e.g., via video calls) for in-store repairs.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations; utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, with 3-6+ months of relevant repair experience.
  • Alternatively, an associate degree in electronics or a related technical field may be considered.
  • Proven technical skills with the ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively; prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service. Ability to educate and train others.
  • Work environment typical of a warehouse, with some responsibilities conducted in a standard office setting.
  • Regular use of hands for handling electronic products is required. Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment is essential.
  • Physical demands include lifting 10-20 pounds frequently, up to 50 pounds occasionally, and over 50 pounds infrequently.
