Kansas State University's Division of Facilities is seeking a skilled Maintenance & Repair Technician II to join our team. This position will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance on various systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, exhaust systems, light plumbing, pneumatic air equipment, building lighting systems, exterior lighting systems, light carpentry work, and cleaning & building interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and equipment.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Assist in the installation and replacement of building systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maintenance.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
