Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all areas of the restaurant to achieve sales growth and meet company goals
  • Lead daily decision making, staff support, and guest interaction to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Interview, hire, and train hourly candidates to ensure a high-quality team
  • Conduct orientation and training for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Provide regular feedback to employees to facilitate their development and enhance the overall operation
  • Prepare reports at the end of each shift to ensure control of company assets
  • Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents
  • Implement company security procedures to protect employees, guests, and company assets

Requirements:
