  • Provide exemplary service to clients and potential clients both in person and via telephone.
  • Balance new client acquisition, sales initiatives, investment oversight, and regulatory compliance.
  • Meet production objectives to support the overall revenue targets of the organization.
  • Assess client financial requirements, suggest appropriate investment solutions, and help clarify investment goals.
  • Build a robust client pipeline through diverse networking avenues.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to uncover investment prospects for clients.
  • Oversee client accounts and offer continuous portfolio insights.
  • Acquire necessary industry certifications and complete all mandated training.
  • Ensure comprehensive client financial needs are addressed by providing referrals to specialized areas as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to consistently deliver outstanding service.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in the financial services sector, ideally within Asset Management, is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a proven track record in sales are required.
  • Necessary licenses include Series 7, Series 63/65, or Series 66.
  • Strong skills in sales, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication are vital.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively is required.
  • Exceptional client service skills and the ability to engage tactfully with clients and colleagues are crucial.
  • Position Status: Exempt.
