ENSURE ACCURACY AND DETAIL ORIENTATION

  • Finalize the upload of new loans into our core system, ensuring adherence to established procedures and compliance requirements. Responsible for maintaining loan records, including payment adjustments, tax tracking, and insurance management, while confirming the adequacy of collateral as needed.
ENHANCE CLIENT SERVICE
  • Collaborate effectively with lenders, underwriters, and client service representatives to address client needs and resolve any issues that arise. Prioritize client satisfaction through effective multitasking.
CULTIVATE A POSITIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT

Qualifications, Education, & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the essential job requirements, which include a high school diploma or GED, with relevant experience and higher education preferred.
