We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Burnsville, MN. This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and problems, following and explaining policy and procedure, and treating each customer with courtesy, dignity, and respect for their privacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and problems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Follow and explain policy and procedure as outlined in operations and procedures manuals.
  • Treat each customer with courtesy, dignity, and respect for their privacy.
  • Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
  • Enter data with an error of 1% or less for notation of transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, addresses, and other information as outlined in operations and procedures manuals.
  • Document trip authorization according to procedures.
  • Remain knowledgeable of all policies and procedure changes.
  • Adhere to the work schedule in order to handle the call volume and contractual requirements, unless requested by a supervisor.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
  • Able to operate a computer.
  • Complete any training requirements.
  • Communicate clearly in English.
  • Able to operate standard telephone system.
  • Exercise business telephone etiquette.
